"StuCorp, Aperture's rival and enemy, offered to build a new Metahuman Prison for the Government, a Metahuman Prison that would be less expensive than Avalon, because the prisoners would be [i]shrunk[/i], with, yes, the cliche shrink ray, meaning that the prison itself can be as small as a diorama. Blame Alto; he invented that sort of stuff," Isabella said.

"My point is," Isabella said, "we're going to Avalon; the Gov't had taken away most of the technology, but the fortifications themselves are intact; they were meant to last."
