The Owlman is a bird. I mean, realistically only the three people in the room with him could do something to save him but otherwise he's not going to live through getting buried by a building.

One more thing; I have dibs on all of StephenRouse's Old S and SS-Class Metas, aka the ones posted on the Characters tab, and the right to retool them for this version of the RP as I see fit.

The building has not collapsed. Light is going to collapse it AFTER Owlman/Spectrum/their team gets out with their mission completed. Its unstable now sure, but its not collapsed. The other people are just a bit into the future.

I prefer to think Light and Spectrum burst/were pulled back in at around relatively the same moment while Owlman was being beaten silly, did their actions, then Ruby brought the building tumbling down.
