Aya didn't even bother trying to wave away Max when he asked her to go to the infirmary. She simply lacked the energy to care if she was a burden. Besides, even though she could only see the bruises, she couldn't be sure her blood was actually clean. Who knew what sort of toxin Sebastian had left swimming around her veins. Thus, suitcase dragging behind her, Aya allowed herself to be lead to the medical facilities. It was a slow process, and she swayed more than normal, but eventually they reached their destination. She made a bee-line for the first empty bed she saw and fell into it, giving a soft groan as her sore body reacted to the new position. Forgetting Max, Sebastian, and the day's events, Aya finally sank into a deep, much-needed sleep. She'd done what she needed to. Her job was over. [@Gentlemanvaultboy]
