Team 1: Thief, white mage, Prince
Based on relationship building.

Team 2: Cleric, Tactician, Spellsword

I ship Cleric and Tactician. Literally my only reasoning.

Team 3: Archer, beast-tamer, Mace Master
Mace Master and Beast-Tamer'll rush the front while Archer has their backs. The bulkier Mace Master'll take some of the heat off of the reckless Beast Tamer.

Team 4: Spellsword, Astronomer, Templar
Templar and Spellword take the front, defending the Astronomer from heavy attacks.
