Nate rocked his head from side to side for a moment, weighing his answer before saying "Oh I'm sure Ms Delacroix thinks it's good but she's never met me." It may have been a crass statement but Nate was never lacking in personal confidence. Some would even call him arrogant. Obnoxiously so. As he passed Eli and Eva, Nate winked at the young woman and then in one sweeping movement spun around and dropped down onto Olivia's couch in a lying position. "So the boss man's pretty pissed, huh?" he asked "Understandable though. He's had a hard day....Someone should send him a fruit basket". Nate did feel genuinely bad for Cedric. He had been trying to do the right thing. Rescue a woman and her unborn child. Smack around some creepy bad guys. The problem was the reckless arrogance he had tried to do it with. It was then that a thought occurred to him. He had been hired to train a kid...Why not two kids? Maybe he could teach Cedric some better fighting moves himself. Maybe then he wouldn't get pwned by any more little girls. [@AcerRo]
