Damien "Owwwwwww." Damien groaned as he slowly came into consciousness on the ground in front of the Reformist building. . . wait, what? Damien slowly got himself up, feeling not at all okay after Insomnium's rash, though considering the sequence of events, rather needed use of Apocalypse. The emptiness he felt was very unsettling, as he had become so used to having the flow of energy rushing through his system. Oh well, he had 3 days to recover, and plenty of time o kill, so it was time to focus on the present situation, why the hell was he in front of this building. The answer,a dog, by the looks of things, and it seemed to be in pretty bad shape too. He gently removed his leg from it's jaws and stood himself up, cracking his neck as he did so. Once he was sure nothing was broken, he then picked the dog up, which was hard because the fucker was heavy, but Damien didn't complain. The mutt had dragged him away from the hellhole that was New Sun Plaza to here while covered in broken shards of glass, the very least he could do was help it get inside. ONce he got inside he saw Max, the guy that Damien was convinced had the Meta power of looking like perfect no matter what. Seriously, nobody looked that good, nobody. Damien had seen him turn a straight man gay by saying 5 words to the guy. . . and he wasn't even trying too! Max tried to deny it, but Damien would never be dissauded from his assured belief. "Hey Adonis, I got an injured Hero dog that needs some medical attention. I know this isn't a vet, but considering he saved my life, can we cut him some slack, he's hurt pretty bad." [@Gentlemanvaultboy]
Max was just walking back into the room, talking loudly on his earpiece. "Noooo, leave her where she is for now. Dude, you didn't see her. Even the walk to the infirmary was nearly too much, just find an empty room and bring her luggage there. I mean, yeah, of course she has to be meta otherwise she wouldn't have brought luggage here. Nice, just kick it up the chain and we'll see if we can get a description of this blood murder guy once she wakes up." That's when Damien caught his attention, and he saw the sorry state of the dog in his arms. At first he threw his hands up in frustration. A dog. A literal stray off the street. This was getting to be a bit much. On the other hand, he wasn't about to be the man who let a hero dog bleed out on their doorstep. He would not be able to live with himself. Rushing up and giving the thing a once over he looked a Damien, decided that this was worth a citation, and went, "Yeah, sure, why not. Come on, infirmary. Jesus, what did it do, dive through a window to save you Resident Evil style?" This was going to cost him every favor he had with the infirmary staff.
