Haruhi had already stopped nearby when on of her teammates suggested they group up and talk. With a shrug, she turned and walked over to the group, leaning lazily against one of the large rocks they were using as cover. As Shingetsu and Ayane began to talk, she wondered what kind of abilities the Suna girl had. Then Nathaniel spoke up, asking a question that seemed rather odd. Clearly as a close quarter specialist, you would approach the enemy yourself or wait to be approached before attacking. When he asked what everyone else could do, Haruhi looked around the group to see if anyone was going to speak up. He had voiced her thoughts, as she too was wondering the same thing. It would be a good idea to know the strengths and weaknesses of the people who were on your team. When it looked like no one was going to speak, she decided to. "I suppose I'm a more well rounded kind of shinobi. I adapt my fighting strategy depending on the situation. I would say I'm more of a close quarters specialist as well, as I prefer to fight with my fists. Though I may seem overly confident, I know when I can't handle a situation. If there's an enemy who I can't take on, I can take the role of support, covering my partner or sneaking up on someone and attacking from behind." She paused and thought for a moment. That pretty much summed it up. "And though I love a good spar, I don't think this is the best time for us to fight eachother. I don't know about anyone else but I don't pull my punches when I'm fighting, even when training. If one of us gets hurt while we try to show off, it could mean bad news in the long run." Haruhi kicked a small pebble that was near her foot. Though she wanted to joke around and have some fun, she knew that it was best for her to act more mature here. This time she didn't only have herself and Shingetsu to think about, but there were others who would be affected by her idiocy if she were to mess something up. There would always be a time to harass these guys later. She smirked at the thought of forcing the shy guy to hold a conversation for more than a minute.
