While it does say we are full, that was more so when we were getting a lot of submissions and I decided to close so we had a reasonably sized group. Now we've had at least two drop-outs though, we could probably manage one newcomers. So sure. Go ahead and write up your CS, send it to me veer PM and if it all checks out, you're in.
