If certain, intense memories can become Memeria (aka magic, I think), can some of them form a physical object - a weapon, for example? 

Honestly, I still kinda look at this as sort of Dark Souls spin-off most of the time, and was just about weapons formed from [s]Grand Souls[/s] powerful memories.
