He wasn't a fan of sweet flavors when paired with meat. Sweet and meat just didn't go together in his opinion. He wasn't a horrible cook but he was capable. He'd honestly prefer they use fish since he liked fish quite a lot but was fine with what she wanted to make since she was the one who asked him to help.
