Kotori - A Songbird who Wished she was Invisible Very suddenly, extraordinarily abruptly, Kotori found her name called out precisely by those of Judgment. The school's infamous brand of enforcers that backed the rules set out by the Principal. With vexing rapidity, what determination she possessed to have her book returned simply ceased akin to the air leaving a balloon. Terrified would have been a proper adjective, perhaps even mortified as her skin paled to a tone that could even make a ghost impressed. Far more quickly than she could have ever hoped, the Assembly expired and the other students began to file out accordingly to find their dorms. Kotori didn't. She was trapped, frozen and paralyzed in fear as she stared hopelessly ahead at what lay before her. A member of Judgment, an upperclassman no less. Here, as the assembly room finally emptied out of the last few students, his gaze found her quite easily. It were a rather simple thought to draw, she was the shrew, and he the feline so easily toying with his prey. There was no escaping from this dilemma. Running would only result in her being caught, and likely punished even further. Other students had received detention as a result of her actions and desperation, they would likely hate her for this! Her head sunk as her morale came crashing down in a blaze of misery around her as she slowly began to stand. Fearfully trembling fingertips slid along the edge of the seat handle and took her bag to sling it over her shoulder; and she walked. Each step that she marched unwillingly forward seemed more burdensome than the last as if her feet were made of lead. Her heart and mind screamed of their unwillingness, but there was no choice. Her punishment would be a necessity, she had to accept it. Even if it meant expulsion as her actions had lead to the punishment of so many others. Soon before long, she stood before the Judgment member. The canary before the gate of its cage. "Y-Yes? Kurogane-senpai?" She softly inquired in the vast emptiness of the room. Worriedly, her tensed and voice carried oddly well across the distance. Noticing this, her head bowed even more deeply so that half her face was covered by the bangs of her hair.
