Eeeh, I'd say that unless the grimm had a particular ability linked to it's blood (Like it's acidic), they likely don't bleed in any meaningful way. So you won't really be able to shower yourself in their gore track them by the trail of blood or whatever. Which is a shame really, but they're shadowy monsters, what can you do?
