To put it this way, if Karn was hit while not a Chimera, he'd be KO'd most likely because electricity would not go well with his already unhealthy body.

As a Chimera, he won't be knocked down and can still fight. But still will hurt like hell. Probably be a little dazed.

But he won't be throwing up blood and having a seizure. Ya know. XD
