Kanala Wabae
[@The Harbinger of Ferocity]
Kana thought back to how direct her words came out. I should tone it down a little bit. I sound like I'm making a business transaction. Kana was sure she would do better acting friendly instead of pushing through social norms of how and when you ask personal questions. Kana read Marks body language in the wait for him to respond. He had defiantly not expect her to be so direct. Kana couldn't real blame him it came rather out of left field. It took time for Mark to reply. It was a little longer then Kana liked to be let waiting. She was admittedly rather impatient. Finally Mark started to say something, but then just a quickly he stopped only getting out "I". Then he gave a shy chuckle. 'Oh wow' Kana thought growing a smile. 'Okay that was adorable' Kana told herself wanting to inform Mark too, but knowing that he wouldn't get it. Kana often picked out things about people that she found sweet or cute. These things didn't necessarily mean that Kana was trying to flirt or was looking for a relationship. They only mean that Kana simply enjoys peoples little expressions and sounds. Once Mark finished talking and then revising his talking Kana nodded her head. "Nice, you should be a veterinarian once you get out of here....but only a cat veterinarian...do those exist" Kana knew that she was about to go on a tangent, so she quickly changed the subject. "Anyway, I well I guess I manipulate animals. I sort of just ask them to do things and then boom they do them." Kana explain while picking up her glass of coke she had gotten with her food. "That and I can sort of read minds a bit" Kana awkwardly and meekly pushed out. She quickly took a sip of her Coke through a straw to try and shield herself if there was going to be a bad reaction.
