Already slightly irritated at the fact that he ran into someone compounded with the fact that the boy was returning his smart ass attitude Ito stood back up brushing the dirt off of his grey cardigan pushing his glasses back onto his face. As the boy introduced himself as Sigehardt Kasumi and the girl who's name he hadn't really heard as sisters Ito raised one eyebrow in a sense of judgmental curiosity, clearly he had missed something that happened between the two and was in the middle of an inside joke. 

[b]"Hey...how you self-identify is really none of my business, but I hear that some of that comes from some deep seeded emotional issues that you really need to work through.[/b]

Feeling like he had sufficiently dealt with the irritating "shark guy" Ito turned his attention to the girl to get her opinion in this entire interaction.
