I added a couple of things to the CS skeleton. It is just electives, for third years and up, and clubs, with a maximum of three.

There is still information I want to add to this. I want to make this roleplay has interactive as possible, so be on the lookout for added additions.

I added Character rules. It's mostly common sense, but take a look at it if you can.
