UNSC
Biological information Appearance Without Armour: Appearance with Armour: Name: Rose 'Giggly' Charmer Age: 25 Gender: Female Homeworld: Earth (Country - Scotland) Race: Human Personality: Thinking things through is what Rose prefers to do, however that can be quite hard when you are trying to keep firm eyes on what you need to report back to your superiors at the same time as shooting at hostiles. Rose is one to record what she is in, not just for intelligence purposes, but so she has a memory of what she has been through. Outside of combat, she is the same in that manner, often carrying a small camera in her pocket in case she needs to take a snap of something. She is quite giggly and friendly. Bio: Rose was born in Aberdeen, in Scotland, on Earth. Her father was an ODST, and that was what influenced her to join the UNSC. However, first, she had to go through her young life. Waiting for something can take a long time, however Rose would have to wait years, until she finished school, to join the UNSC. Despite the ability to leave school at sixteen, she continued until eighteen, hoping to get a better chance to enlist. Slowly, she proceeded through school, sluggishly working through some, excelling at others. Sometime during school, Rose's father had signed up to be a Spartan IV. Having a father as a Spartan two would have given her advantages, but a Spartan IV gave her enough to be adopted by ONI days after she finished advanced training. She received basic training in covert operations and analysis, and was shortly after sent on different operations, some being to infiltrate insurrectionist facilities, others to be a snitch on hostile ships. All was going well until Rose received a message while she was on an insurrectionist ship. The message was long, and it tried to hide the obvious fact: Her father had died in action. Rose ended up confessing to the XO that one of her family members had died, and the insurrectionist (with the good in his heart) gave her a few days off ship-duties. After a few weeks, once the ship emerged from it's fifth slipspace jump, it was ambushed by UNSC Red Filled Bucket, and was boarded. Rose was retrieved, along with many prisoners, and after yet another weeks she was sat in front of a panel, confessing what she had learned from the journey. This was now a normal thing on Rose's schedule. Infiltrate ship or base, learn stuff, get pulled out, play twenty-one questions. What Rose didn't expect was to get a document handed to her at the end of the meeting. It was long, had many different medical forms and information packets, and had god knows how many 'Person's signature' items on the sheets. Rose realized that these documents were approval for her to become a Spartan. She wanted to follow in her father's footsteps. She signed up. Rose spent the next year continuing with covert operations, but she got added in for several assaults on enemy positions. She had, of course, done this in the past, but she was now being thrown at them more than covert operations. She was also granted access and security clearance to things in ONI she normally would not have gotten. One of the most life changing things was the introduction of a personal AI unit, who called himself 'Arrow'. At first, she was very wary about the idea of an AI being plugged into her head, however she did not mind it as Arrow and Rose grew to like eachother. Another year passed, and Rose received word that she was being transferred onto UNSC Trinity, an Infinity class vessel. She was happy at the opportunity to be placed upon such an amazing vessel. She was notified that she could do all the sightseeing she wanted on the vessel, as she was there to make sure that everyone was working up to their standards. Rose was also told she had to get good looks at what the ship finds, and if important enough, organize a priority transmission sending the findings to her superiors. He rarely smiles, and when he does, it is usually from the sight of dead Covenant. Even with these traits, he would still sacrifice himself for his team, and he trusts them more than anyone. Bio: Samuel enlisted at eighteen, and then transferred to the ODSTs after his first few years. He wanted to have an adventurous life, rather than his old farm life, and falling from the sky in a pod looked to be quite appealing to him. Years after he was transferred, the battle of Earth began, and he and other UNSC forces were pulled back to defend their homeworld. He and other troops were transferred onto the orbiting MAC stations to hold off boarders. He was caught in a firefight with a team of three other ODSTs, and a wave of Covenant defending a bomb. Through their COM, it was agreed that they were going to have to sacrifice themselves in order to get the bomb off of the ship. They primed their frags, and blew out a window, causing them, the covenant bomb and it’s defenders to be tossed into space. Interior oxygen kicked in, and the ODSTs were silent in order to conserve their air supply. Seven minutes of floating in the blank, darkness of space, and they were picked up by a pelican that was running supplies down to the surface, and joined it on it’s way down as longswords and seraphs fought behind them. On the surface, Samuel and the other ODSTs in his new fireteam fought hard, eventually falling back with other troops into varying bases until they were recalled once again to go through the portal. Newly designated fireteam Dauntless were transported in with more forces in the UNSC Aegis Fate, and participated in operation BLIND FAITH and the battle of the citadel, with Samuel almost dying due to an elite combat form that got the better of him. He didn’t need to be transferred to an infirmary, however he did need some biofoam from team’s medic. Once the remaining UNSC forces had arrived back at Earth and had gotten shore leave, fireteam Dauntless were assigned to the UNSC Infinity. Their excitement died down, however, when some idiot in command decided that they would instead be sentenced to being drill instructors for the next few years. Samuel was very angry at that point, and used this to his advantage when honing new recruits into shape. All the anger died down when they were informed that they would be on the second Infinity class, the UNSC Trinity. Years later, Dauntless along with their personal effects were brought onboard the Trinity. The team were completely ecstatic at being on such a modern ship. Misc Info: Samuel is the leader of fireteam Dauntless. Out of combat, she is like a bomb. A very big bomb. She can be happy and peaceful, but if someone presses the wrong button, something is hurt, such as someone’s feelings, someone’s heart, or someone’s arm. Emily is rarely seen without a smile (unless, of course, the bomb has been set off). Bio: Disliking the work her family did at a garage, Emily enlisted at the age of nineteen, graduating from basic training with a knack for explosives. She transferred to the ODSTs immediately after training, however Emily did not serve in that many battles before the battle of Earth, but she had been on both missions against the Covenant and Insurrectionists. She was already stationed at Earth when the first slipspace signature identified as a Covenant ship. On board of a station, she was caught in a firefight with a team of three other ODSTs, and a wave of Covenant defending a bomb. Through their COM, it was agreed that they were going to have to sacrifice themselves in order to get the bomb off of the ship. Ultimately, Emily was nervous, however they primed their frags, and blew out a window, causing them, the covenant bomb and it’s defenders to be tossed into space. Interior oxygen kicked in, and the ODSTs were silent in order to conserve their air supply. Newly designated fireteam Dauntless were transported in with more forces in the UNSC Aegis Fate, and participated in operation BLIND FAITH and the battle of the citadel, with the squad leader almost dying due to an elite combat form that leapt onto him and gave him a whack. He didn’t need to be transferred to an infirmary, however he did need some biofoam from team’s medic, which Emily was thankful for. She didn’t want to play ‘escort the cripple’. Once the remaining UNSC forces had arrived back at Earth and had gotten shore leave, fireteam Dauntless were assigned to the UNSC Infinity. Their excitement died down, however, when some idiot in command decided that they would instead be sentenced to being drill instructors for the next few years. Emily was furious, and needed to be restrained for a few days as a fist sized hole in her quarters was repaired. All the anger died down when Dauntless were informed that they would be on the second Infinity class, the UNSC Trinity. Though sometimes he makes those shots by chance, he claims them to be skill. He is always happy, with either smirks or grins coming from him every few minutes. It is not unknown to his fireteam that he has the hots for Emily. Bio: Cody’s parents had cried once they were informed that their son had joined the UNSC, in the fight against the Covenant. They realized that they were very abusive to their son, and they wanted to change, however they couldn’t bring back who was already gone. Cody had passed training as the one who hit the most bullseyes, and he bragged about that a lot to his fireteam. However, he and his old fireteam were split off when Earth was attacked, and Cody found himself fighting with a team of other ODSTs he did not know, fighting to capture and disable a Covenant bomb. Through their COM, it was agreed that they were going to have to sacrifice themselves in order to get the bomb off of the ship. They primed their frags, and blew out a window, causing them, the covenant bomb and it’s defenders to be tossed into space. Cody snapped off a quick shot that popped the infection form inside the flood form’s chest apart. Samuel didn’t need to be transferred to an infirmary, however he did need some biofoam from team’s medic, which Cody helped with applying. Once the remaining UNSC forces had arrived back at Earth and had gotten shore leave, fireteam Dauntless were assigned to the UNSC Infinity. Their excitement died down, however, when some idiot in command decided that they would instead be sentenced to being drill instructors for the next few years. Cody wasn’t to bothered with that, as he knew the UNSC had to recruit and train well to replace the fallen in the war. All the anger from the rest of the team died down when they were informed that they would be on the second Infinity class, the UNSC Trinity, and at that point even Cody was happy to leave the training facility behind. Years later, Dauntless along with their personal effects were brought onboard the Trinity. The team were completely ecstatic at being on such a modern ship. If one of his squadmates are injured, he will do everything to the letter to ensure that they are back on their feet and enacting revenge on whatever knocked them to their feet. Andrew likes to eat healthy, however he is not vegetarian. Bio: Andrew’s parents had wanted their son to grow up and be a doctor, partially because they knew that it meant they could get help from him if they were ill. On the other hand, Andrew wanted to join the ODST’s, and would watch anything in the news that the UNSC was included in. In the end, both Andrew and his parents got their wishes. Andrew joined the UNSC, and graduated to be an ODST, however he was an ODST medic. Andrew didn’t mind that, as he liked to help others. Andrew partook in seven battles before Earth was attacked. People were dying rapidly on the orbital stations that were boarded, and he found himself in the middle of a firefight with a trio of other ODSTs attempting to get rid of a Covenant bomb. Through their COM, it was agreed that they were going to have to sacrifice themselves in order to get the bomb off of the ship. They primed their frags, and blew out a window, causing them, the covenant bomb and it’s defenders to be tossed into space. Their excitement died down, however, when some idiot in command decided that they would instead be sentenced to being drill instructors for the next few years. Andrew would rather have been on the frontline, however he knew that he had to be where command ordered him to be. After all, as a medic, he could inform the trainees of very basic first aid. All the anger from the rest of the team died down when they were informed that they would be on the second Infinity class, the UNSC Trinity. He is brutal in the arts of swordplay, and he has given to mercy to the enemies of which he had cleaved his way through. Verdin does not like to sleep, for fear of assassination, and when he does sleep he does so with precautions, such as locking the door or making sure he has a weapon by his side. Bio: Verdin was born into the Chocon line, and trained before he was adopted into the Covenant. Working hard, Verdin worked in the Covenant navy hard by first starting on mere corvettes before being transferred up to frigates, a destroyer, and then eventually the senior weapons officer on an assault carrier, Unfathomable Truth. Upon the start of the Great Schism, the ship that Verdin was stationed on was boarded. The shipmaster insisted upon self destructing the ship, whereas most, if not all of the crew disagreed. As the self destruct mechanism was primed to leak plasma onto the ship and stop the reactor coolant, Verdin drew his sidearm and blew off his shipmaster's head. He assumed the position of ship command, and ordered all boarders and brutes on the ship to be eliminated. He turned the ship around, as well as a few other Sangheili controlled ships, and they accelerated away from their battle. Years later, he was still in command of Unfathomable Truth. The Didact's Hand himself had assigned him the position of a fleetmaster for his skill and knowledge. Verdin had assigned Unfathomable Truth as his flagship, and was in command of a considerable fleet. Misc Info: (Any other information that is not listed.) N/A
