Kawn would most likely be in a rented house in area of the city most populated by the people of her homelands (IE Little Chinatown) outside of her home would hang a sign over the lintal which would say in the language of her lands "Doctor Shā sēng Yún"
It would be not a palace but would be bigger than she needs for just herself so that she might keep the sick there while they heal
There wouLd also be an open court yard where she might be observed practicing her art in slow movements
