My sister got pregnant at 16. Statutory rape by some 22 year old jackass. His parents wanted to be part of my niece's life, but he had to have guardians at visits. 
Then he tried to murder my dad. So ... @_@

I'm almost positive she can get a judge to give her child support. Plus she's got you and your family, just like my sister had all of us.
