"I was thinking the same thing" Jasik said as he struggled to escape the dragons grasp. He realized with a slight start that he wasn't even budging the claw that was ontop of him. Jasik was planning on saving the diamond, but he knew that it would be most efficient, and most of all, most needed here. He maneuvered his arm to his forehead and prepared for a final spell.

The cavern shuddered as nature realized the black magic that was present. Animals scurried away as Jasik reappeared next to the dragon wielding a Halberg. 

"[i]Now my friend, we are ready to tangle!"[/i] He said, his voice echoing across the cavern. Jasik had appeared to take on a new heavily armored appearance. Just below his eye was a slightly visible tattoo of a black rose that was not visible before. He swung the Halberd at Smaug's foot where he was trapped just moment's before.
