As the party walked in, Rui saw what he expected. Matthew, along with his Shadow, though in regards to what his Shadow was going to be like, he only had ideas when they reached the town. Again, it was like what happened with Noboru... The Shadow. Rui and Kami remember a rather different experience though.

This is the strong presence I was talking about"[/color][/i], it was kind of obvious by now, but it looked like this was what they were going to deal with each time they went into a dungeon. But what can they do...? If Matthew can accept his shadow, then there'd be no need to fight. They can try and intervene anyhow, but the shadow is still a shadow, it'll erupt into a fight. Regardless, the party could only stand at ready while Matthew conversed with his Shadow.
