As the group was walking through the forest Derek was surprised that the legless Syakomon was keeping up with them."That pearl thing you launched at that mushroom was pretty cool. Do you mind if I call you Pearl? It's easier to pronounce than Syakomon." He made sure not to mention that Pearl was a girls name. "Oh I don't mind at all, but in exchange I'll try to come up with a nickname for you." 

The newly named Pearl spent the next few hours trying to come with a good  but not insulting nickname for his partner. He was so lost in thought hat he barely noticed the change from dirt to brick road, seeing a candy house did bring his mind back to the Digi World.

When Derek saw the candy house he couldn't help but think off the story of Hansel and Gretel. "How much do you wanna bet it belongs to a witch or something?" He said in reply to Annaliese's comment.
