Shikai- aoi tsuki which translates as blue moon is a speed and kido zanpakuto that's primary ability is that it allows kido to be delivered via impact from the blade. This Makes The User Far More versatile. Another variation about Aoi Tsuki is that in all states it remains a kematu style blade (The cutting edge is inverted). The Release command is simply "Rise! Aoi Tsuki."

Flash kido- allows the wilder to deliver kido through a blow without stopping a flashstep. This is similar to Byakurai's Senka.

Flash stepping- is luna specialty she is among some of the newer captains for speed.

enhanced kido- the amount of energy put into kido modifies it's power. Luna is capable of turning a kido like sho from a light breeze to a small cannon.

CUSTOM KIDO 
Bakudo 8 Shadousupaiku "The moon rises above, Calling the world to watch the dancing light, Fight in darkness" This kido launches a black spike from the users outstretched palm pinning the target to a surface behind them.

History - As a human Luna was a regular girl with a regular life other than having schizophrenic spells where she heard voices whispering or felt like someone was touching her. She didn't know it but she was very attractive to hollows and was hearing and feeling souls around her. She died at the age of 24 killed by a hollow but she unleashed a blast of Reiatsu that created her custom Kido pinning its claws to a wall long enough for a shinigami to banish it and the shinigami personally walked her across the Senkaimon and guided her to the academy where she was approached to join the Kido Corps but turned them down to join the Gotei 13 and joined Division 13

Details - She is a 3rd seat officer beginning Bankai training.
