Well again, I'm leaning for an androgynous form until we have more information.
Tall is good since it commands respect, but not so tall that it's some shocking, defining feature. I'd suggest white, shoulder-length hair, since that's a length that remains androgynous and a colour that could be good or evil depending on the context. I'm not sure what to suggest as far as our apparent weight—being average without being noticably pudgy maintains the neutral form we're talking, but thin could come across as somewhat ethereal when combined with the height and may make us seem more like a God to some.
I agree with the height and the hair. It's a good basis for our appearance. As for weight, I would suggest slender and lean, rather than an equal amount of fat and skinniness; maybe with corded, thin muscle that wouldn't strike down the ethereal, God-like form, but enhance it...barely noticeable, but noticeable enough for stubborn humans to not pass us off as weak, and for weaker humans to not pass us off as a muscle-bounded brute. As for eyes...perhaps golden. A deep golden would suggest power, but it wouldn't immediately strike us off as good, nor evil. Golden can be rather neutral...although it may accentuate the 'light' aspect. I don't know for eyes.
How would an amorphous face work? Would it change depending on the viewer, or something?
I'm neutral to clothing.
Instead of a mask, we could use a semi-transparent veil. Between that and androgynous features, it would be very hard for people to see what we look like without the sense of duplicity or having something to hide that is fairly frequently associated with a mask. Also, masks are a thing that are frequently closely tied to the culture of the time (i.e. Italian theatre masks) and so creating a mask without being familiar with the current styles could result in sending unintentional messages. A face-concealing veil might also have some symbolism behind it, but veils are a far less common thing than masks, and as they tend to lack the same theatric flourishes it may better help the "indistinct appearance" thing. Also, a veil would work well with somewhat diaphanous clothing, all of which would end up with an extremely ethereal and otherworldly appearance. I dig the golden eyes and lean muscle, too. Deep gold, as you say, somewhere between the color of honey and amber.

Hmmm a veil of changing color, sort of like a chameleonic veil thing? Yeah, I can do that.
Excuse me, but why would choosing a sex be considered "sexism"? I think people will think we are undeciding, having no gender and the veil that changes color. I think we should have a clear definition of who we are and what we want. People like charismatic and decisive leaders.

Did you actually read through what's been discussed? Because it sounds like you're jumping to some pretty big conclusions. The androgynous form has nothing to do with sexism, it has to do with the fact that most of us have agreed that we need to learn more information about our situation before we can make a good, informed decision on what the best course of action would be.
Fools rush in.
An androgynous form would be best, neither masculine nor feminine. It would avoid any sexist views of potential followers in the future. Tall is also a thought, since tall people tend to tower over others, and this can help with intimidation - which is a factor of persuasion and charisma, which we will need for more followers.

Quite bluntly talks about choosing a sex leading to sexism...
Fools rush in.
So to summarize our situation, we have an androgynous character, tall with golden eyes. Covered with a veil(preferably a dark color), perhaps a hijab instead? To cover majority of our face while only letting the summoners see our prominent visible features, which will be our eyes. Making our character more interesting and a accent would go good with this kind of character if we decided to ho with it.
