Powers: Able to manipulate graffite and shape it at will - then turn it into Diamond. Though it has to be touched, it can be manipulated at distance, but only at about a 30 foot radius.  He can also harden the graffite into diamond around his hand and up to his elbow. Coal can also be used.

Weapons: Kunai knifes, and a Beretta M1951

Backstory: Kira is half Japanese and half Italian. At age 7 he lost both his parents in a car accident and ended up in an orphanage - ultimately he left the orphanage and decided to live on the street and pickpocket others. Kira learned to play the fiddle for extra money. He lost his eye in the accident and tends to look after the other children who are also left on the streets. He also is known to annoy the townsfolk and occasionally assists in the church for extra cash to feed the children he watches. 

One day, Kira was walking outside of town trying to clear his mind and was followed by a few people who didn't like the street kids. Kira was chased into an old coal mining area and ultimately drew the carbon from the items and nearly poisoned the four men and ran away leaving the men to make it back two days later, barely alive and unable to remember what had happened. Kira then hid his powers, and chose use it to defend the children only when he needed to.

He was fifteen when he first used his powers.
