Solf/Patel, the Underground Movement's new S-Class Meta, is attacking the Reformist Council's base, and has almost made its way to the control room, where it plans to destroy the HQ in a show of force. 

Camille, one of the Underground Movement's prime Metas, is trying to intimidate Ann/Adriane into joining the Underground Movement. Camille, Ann, and Adriane are in the airfield behind the HQ.
