[@bobert778]I don't control who finds who, but because the geology is left intentionally ambiguous, people generally find themselves in locations close to others. You can stumble upon either group as you see fit. 

I'll add that Churro's character, the Prince of Lies is also going to be a part of the Turncloak, Jester, Sarah, and Maldron group. Goodmorrowtou's character is currently alone, as is Perfect, but the latter is heading towards the Turncloak group. 

Oblivion Songstress is currently within the forest that aforementioned group is heading towards. There are certainly more people involved in that particular arc, but you can choose to find yourself in either at your leisure.
