Everything else is fine, but I think you are not understanding the premises of Mind Wielding, you cant predict the movements of you enemies. Mind wielding is meant to create illusions, to "mold the mind of others", trick them. Adding specific abilities to your element is fine as long as it's within the boundaries of that element, that ability, is not within the boundaries. Besides that, your accepted.
