Means Shiro can do less and relax more. Fine by me.

In all honesty though, is it so bad? 
As far as I can tell... Shiro's a great analytical thinker, yeah, but Hyouka is more 'information gathering' than 'thinking about the information she gathered', Headband-senpai is supposed to be a charismatic all-rounder more than anything else, and Prez is as far as I am aware mostly there to give the PCs information rather than participate much herself, so it's really just Shiro and the newcomer in Hiroto.
