Oh, that would be because your computer didn't load the stylesheet. Usually happens when the connection times out, either between your computer or the server. A reload (usually) always fixes the problem. 

If that doesn't work, empty your cache and then reload.

IOW, it's not a site problem, it's a transmission problem.
