Short bio: Felicia was born into an odd family. A family of crime, in a way.  Her parents were criminals, not terrible criminals, but they were con artists. They swimdled and stole, raising Felocia. So Felicia learned skills that no one would expect a twelve year old to know. She learned how to fake an identity, how to gain sympathy. And then she got the letter. Her parents were dumb-founded. They were both muggles.
Personality: Felicia's personality can change at the drop of a hat. She changes it to what it needs to be. However, most of the times it's that of a strong willed, independent young girl. Alone, on the other hand, Felicia is cold hearted. Not cruel, just cold. She ignores and doesn't try to talk to others.
