We all know how much ZONE loves her tentacles... Tough to call, pity Friction is dead because she was very definitely the bustiest. Rumiko did use Jessica Nigri and let's be honest, you're not getting much bigger than them! My characters aren't exactly busty but Olivia and Scarlett are lookers while Ruby just has the cute little nerdy girl factor going for her. Also, doesn't Zbrush cost quite a bit? O.o
