[@KaminaShades] Very nice character. I like Joey. However, the sheet wasn't exactly coded right, you forgot the [indent] tags (Like the other sheets, give them a look if you want to know how I want all the sheets to look).

The power checks out, though a few weaknesses belong in the limits section, and vice-versa. To be precise:

"The water he generates his directly connected to his body’s water. He needs to be able to resupply himself with that or he will dehydrate." - If this is severe enough, it can be a drawback imo.

"He cannot change the state of himself while he is in water form, so no ice or steam form." - This is certainly a limit.
