The second the pretty boy was gone, Eli was ready to get to find Scarlet. The only problem was time,and he didn't know for sure if she was in here. Still he had away to figure that out. Scarlet for some reason had a body that he could always find. Infrared vision help more than anyone could know but there was still something about her he could always find.  

Closing his eyes hard and opening them wide again. Eli took a moment to search the area for her. Somehow it didn't take long for him to do it and he found her in the something or other of Patel. It was really handy that, there was a long disturbing screech to follow. To make matters worse he was holding Oiliva's hand. The best chance the world will have against the Underground Movement or someone he onced love with all his heart. Even now this a lot harder than he thought it was gonna be. 

"Come on, we need to go."Eli proclaimed quickly. 
 
In the end Eli chose to stop the Underground Movement over saving Scarlet, although his own hypocrisy was standing in the way. Handing the go bag to Oiliva, Eli picked her up and it erupted. He figured his best chance to do both, save Oiliva and help Scarlet. 

They both right around the corner from Petal, Eli watched as Patel so"You know those them when you look at me and say, "damn it all I trust him?" Eli asked somewhat panicked. "This needs to be the first." the shear Power that Patel had was horrifying. Eli watched as he raised the airfield, he didn't know of this was the perfect moment but it was the one the he was taking. He turned the corner and with Oiliva in his arms Eli went airborne and flew as fast as he could past Scarlet. 

Eli did his best to leave a note burn gently in to her skin. "I'll find you. Love EC." He never paid mind to Patel, Eli wanted out of there with the quickness. Eli pushed the both of them into the sky as hard as he could. Then quickly made some rapid changes in direction before landing at his intended destination. 

They were still just over an hour away on foot and where they were going, on foot was the only way to get there. He laughed for a second, chuckling really, trying to catch his breath. Flying was hard on him, add in the weight of the go bag and Oiliva, he was just happy he didn't actually fight anyone. "I hope that shit we just went through will give you pause before you start running down my name again." He tried to catch his breath, when he was rested even the slightest bit he spoke again. "You might think this is a good to stop and reflect on the days events, but it's no where near the right time. We got an hours worth of walking to do. Fall apart when we're safe and they can't find us. This is the hard part, it'll get easier in the next day or two." Eli took the go bag and tossed her a larger bottle of water. He took out a smaller one for himself, without a other word he was up and walking. 

True to his word in an hour that seem to drag on forever. They came to a small but wide river. Atop a hill over looking the river was what looked to be a small cave. Signs had been dotting their walk to this location. Each of them bright yellow. Each of them reading "Area Close, Bear Area." Eli never bothered to look at them. "Were going there." Eli said as he pointed to the cave. There was a path that marked way up. It was clear that something had been using it for a long while. 

"It might not look like much on the side but it's a lot nicer than you'd think. Even has a bathroom in it. " Eli took a moment to look around in  both his normal eyes and his infrared. He didn't see anything that stood out. But it didn't help they were in a bit of a valley but people didn't normally come here. Just the same he had to be careful. 

He lead the way to the cave. Inside was rustic and old but more akin to a house than a cave. Nothing there was without a purpose or a need Teach and every item had importance. There was a stove and a couple of pans, opposite that there were a couple of leaning backrests made from what cut trees and pine branches, there was at least one long stone for each of the the four chairs to act as tables. The floor was mostly rock, earth was used to even out the ground throughout the cave. Deeper in there was an underground area which consisted of two bedrooms and what passed as a bathroom. 

The bathroom wasn't comfortable but it worked. The toilet was little more than a chair with hole cut in it, a bucket underneath it. Toilet paper hung from a wire inside a plastic coffee can and there was even a place to take a shower albeit not a long one. Along the back of this room ran a decent sized stream that could be used to drink from. 

All of the bedrooms were about the same, two beds made from trees that had been cut down. Each bed had been raised a raised and covered in pine branches. Each room also had a small place for a fire and a place to hang a Lantern. 

Eli through his bag and drank the last bit from his water bottle. He took a seat one of the leaning rests before letting out a sigh. "Well this is gonna be home for a for the next day or two. Should keep us plenty safe and dry. What do you think? I've been working in this place for along while now." Eli asked every bit as tired and worn out as Oiliva. He shot her a relaxed look and small smile. "If your gonna fall apart now is gonna be a good time, before Eva Adams and the Butler show up."
