[@Nytem4re] No, not closed off. Once the OP is up and people begin to show up in it, then I will announce the cut off. This is simply to collect interest and let people know what's coming. :)

When the OP is up and as people join the OP, slots will fill. Be one of the first and you'll probably make it in. All you need to do is join in the OOC. However, slots can and probably will, unfortunately, open back up as time goes on. So, I implore those of you that have shown interest to continue to watch and see when slots open back up. 

As is the case, many RPers show interest in the Int Chk and then never show up in OOC or they join in OOC and then fall away shortly there after when they get a good taste for the RP and decide that it isn't for them. So, you never know. :3
