Later in the war the Germans started producing rockets. They were way ahead of everyone else in that field (a lot of Nazi scientists got snatched up by both sides) but their results were...eh. Double-edged swords. The Nazis had some tech that was advanced but normally it was so mired in problems with production that it didn't matter. V-1 and V-2 ("Vengeance 1 and Vengeance 2") were some of the only rockets they managed to actually use, but they were kind of a joke. Since they used people in the camps to make them, they were sabotaged a lot, and the British kept screwing with the Nazis by leaking false information and throwing them off. "Vengeance" because it was later in the war and they were just looking to try and bring down as many of the enemy as they could with them. If I remember correctly, I think more people died producing the rockets due to accidents than were actually killed by them. I'm pretty sure that's all right, somebody feel free to call me on it if I messed something up.
