Hearing Jessie mention the party jogged Kate's memory, "Oh yeah I forgot about that, Aaron you're coming right?" Kate only asked because she knew Aaron wasn't one to stick around school longer than he had to. Hopefully the promise of a party would be enough to get him to stay. "I don't know, maybe", Aaron replied as he shrugged his shoulders. Unfortunately Aaron had to make a choice, he could either go to the party or go to "The Cave". The Cave was an underground skate park, by underground meaning it was where degenerative individuals placed bets on skateboard races, loud music played, and the general vibe of the place was "illegal". While Aaron wasn't the kind of guy to do anything horribly illegal he did have a reckless sense of adventure which got him into trouble a lot. "What do you mean maybe? Everyone at school is going to be there, I thought you liked parties?", Aaron's response confused Kate. The only tme he's passed up going to parties was to...of course. "You're going to that shady skate park aren't you", she said with an eyebrow raised. While Aaron was old enough to think for himself Kate couldn't help but feel somewhat responsible for him. "So what I am it's no big deal, I'll be fine" "You know that place is filled with creeps right" "I can take care of myself" "Uh huh, sure. C'mon forget that place, be with friends, have some real fun", Kate grabbed both Jessie and Aaron by the arms and the three of them were bunched together somewhat awkwardly. "Alright, Alright, I'll go to the party...then The Cave. Yo Jess, you comin with?", Aaron asked. If he was going to go he might as well bring someone with him, it'd be a kind of after party. Plus it'd be good chance to catch up on old times since he figured the actual party would be more about the now instead of back then.
