[@BCTheEntity] Bwah. Please don't think im a giant bitch. >< Im really not trying to be. :[ :| To be honest, he is more over powered. To the point I kinda want to ask if youre trolling me. :/ You have two abilities which are claimed to kill people instantly; that's OP. I feel the need to say that no matter what your character is doing, they will not be a master. I edited the OP to say that our characters will be weak; I know this happened after you applied, but I did make you aware of that. If you use mana, it is a magic style (that's what magic is in this setting; using mana), no matter how little; so the style you describe is both a fighting and magic style, which is fine, it just increases the cost. I would like you to look at my character's spells. He can't really do much, and he's supposed to be the most powerful person in the party. These abilities are cool and adaquet for a monk of considerable power, so its not like youre off base or anything, its just... your character isn't a bad ass. :/ ( Kragen isn't either, even though he makes himself out to be in his story and has renown, his character is still powered fine, and ripe for an ass beating by monster~.) Your abilities imply that he is a master of his art; to do so, you'd need to put more SP into it. 1 SP just buys you the style; how could he have all these techniques and be a beginner in the skill? That's the point of the SP system, for me. The ability you mentioned has some interesting points. Where does the 30% number come from? The fact that it affects three things, speed, strength, and damage resistance and it costs 3 SP is good; however, it is the scale at which you are trying to use 1 SP that I'm having issue with. Tripling your strength for a time for 1 SP, sure, but being able to do it instantly and passively is not ok for that cost. I think some of the problem might be because you're going from an anime character... which, tend to be... grandiose, with their fighting ability. >> [@Kimiyosis]Each upgrade is 1 SP.
