[@Ellion]; Dude that looks like ten times better then my first CS on here.  :newlol  Anywho, basic minimum is that you just put the CS skeleton in bold.  Doesn't have to be fancy.  Also, if you can find an image you like, you can go ahead and put it with your sheet, but it isn't required.
