Though it still quite a power, also there got to be at least some  weakness at it, she can be overpowered as she is a teacher and lived through eternity but doesn't mean that she has no weakness about it. Sorry if this is a bother but it does  kinda worry on it, though asking permission is good ask the person who you gonna copy powers from is good was well.
