Jax
Something seemed to be wrong with Aubrey after she spoke about being a pirate. Maybe he couldn't make the hard decisions, he hadn't been a pirate as long as she had so it made sense. She was picked up around fourteen to be one of the ships mechanics but ended up proving herself as a worthy fighter and plunderer, thus Pirate Jax was born. Lost in her own head Jax rolled her shoulders like she had before, however before she could say anything to comfort Aubrey a new enemy appeared. At least she thought it was a new enemy so she pulled out her gun and had it trained on the woman. "Too late somebody has already seen" The Kara Saun had said. Well shit, now someone knows I'm a cold blooded killer... sarcasm, screw this woman In any case, while Jax was listening carefully and watching the woman loot the bodies, she was beginning to understand their situation. The brother of a cop, why did it have to be that, WHY? Her spunky and flashy attitude seemed to have diminished in the seriousness of the situation, truthfully she was still miffed about all of this. Jax kept her gun on the woman in case she decided she wanted to try looting them as well. At last the voices were getting clearer, closer, Jax was beginning to get a bit nervous. Aubrey looked at her questioningly. Looking to her for an answer. His expression was justified, they were somewhat lost and it was dark, even her night vision eye couldn't help them much here. However, it helped her get a better view of the dark skinned beauty that had fallen from the sky to help them. "Change of plans is right. We need to get the hell out of here and fast. You go first, I'll hold up the rear." With her gun in hand she urged Aubrey to go ahead of her and follow the woman up the fire escape. There was no way she was going to fall into a trap or allow Aubrey to be hurt again.
