No, it is just I haven't given this world as much thought as some of my others because I haven't had much interest expressed before in it. I have to do a lot more than my usual launches in terms of a general outline of the first bounties/plot stuff. When I threw up this IC it was just to see if it was even worth putting more effort into it. ^.^ I'm glad you checked back though. Keeps me on task and invigorated that there are people eager to play this concept out.
