I'm very much in favour of this. In regards to Guilds, I'm going to be starting my own Guild but it'll only be made up of a few, powerful members (Five at the most). Essentially, it'll be a Guild of highly skilled solo players that sell their services for a decent price, which include high-level quest running and bounty hunting. Whilst in previous roleplays, I have always made the other members NPCs, I wouldn't mind one or two actual players joining.
