Your character does seem a bit too balanced, with no real area of mastery. However, I do like the mention of battle tactics and first-aid. Perhaps a battle-medic / tactician role would work for you?

While there is technically nothing wrong with your character, I would like to point out the similarities in your character's role on the team with that of Sabre03 ([url=http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/79647-operation-shadow-sabre/char#post-2583533]Rory Phayne[/url]). I would like to see less similarity between players, but if you're dead-set on such a role, then so be it.
