Jack Morgan scratched his chin thoughtfully. It was true that Shadow Eternity rarely managed their troops well. It was true that The Leader didn't explain anything about her ideology and only wanted weapons of war. It was true that all the high-ranking individuals in Shadow Eternity were mentally-ill lunatics. But to abandon his employer just for Takahara? He'd have to think about this...

"Sounds like you got yourself a plan, Mister Takahara. Sign me and the boys up, I'll call 'em in!"

Jack Morgan used a small wristpad located on, yes indeed, his wrist to send a priority message to all members of the platoon.

Jack Morgan finished explaining Takahara's reasoning for quitting Shadow Eternity and creating Shocker+, with some embellishments about who gave him the idea. "And that's the gist of it. We are [i]no longer[/i] in Shadow Eternity. New boss, new equipment, better benefits, and better employee support. Any questions?"

Sindibad was the first to speak up. "Uh, yeah. How are we going to get new equipment if most of the Shocker+ guys have just the clothes on their back?"

Jack Morgan cleared his throat, trying to buy some time to think. "W-well, why not ask him? I'm sure you've got some good ideas, right?"

Sindibad smiled. He always enjoyed being given some free will in a situation. "I just might. Be back in a minute, sir."

Sindibad was through the door to the pizzeria before anyone had another question. He always tended to move fast when given a chance to go behind someone's back. He headed up to Takahara, and tried to gain his attention. Still giddy from being given a chance to do what he wanted, he explained everything he wanted to talk about before Takahara had even turned around.

"Excuse me Mister Takahara but I've got a plan see I've got a list of science places and how to contact them and I was thinking we could steal or buy weapons and stuff from them also we should sabotage a Shadow Eternity mission to let them know we're here so what do you think?"

Sindibad gasped for breath, hoping that Takahara had understood everything. If not, he was fully prepared to repeat himself.
