Alright, let's see where this goes. I have a few ideas in my mind for this. Question though: What races are allowed? Just human/Cyborgs or can we incorporate some more fantasy types too? I figured it might go along the route of Shadowrun when these new races are just mutated strings of humans, but it's up to you I know.
