Fun Fact: Cassie did the most damage with a single blow because of the "Might" boon on herself and the "Exposure" condition on the Lurker. Congrats!

Okay, it seems as though Sand won't be joining us. Archangel/Ito is having some real life issues, so he will not join us either. So, the final cast for now is:

Selene
Eric
Aurelia
Wren
Cassandra

I don't think it's necessary to bring anyone else in at this time. Five people is more than enough, and I do want to keep this small. If anything changes, I'll just force @JJ Doe to join us with a character.

I'll be writing bits and pieces of my next post over the weekend and post it as soon as possible. (Heavy school work at the moment).

Oh, you won't need to force me, @Prisk ;) I'll play whatever character that needs to be played or is requested from anyone here. All you guys have to do is let me know, when needed.

Edit: Oh, except on the 4~5th (well you can, but I wouldn't be responding anytime soon). I'll be spending most of my time outside and I may not be able to get online.

… Oh yes! I shall start spending more time outside than inside from this point on until the 5th, but I might as well ask everyone just in case I do end up playing a character that would tag along with the gang: what kind of character (traits?) would you like to see? For example, looking at the final cast, maybe you want a male character since Eric is the last man standing or a complete a**hole since everyone in the cast, despite their flaws, are decent people.

But yeah, I totally agree with DJ. The estrogen to testosterone ratio is bordering on dangerous levels. Just think about what will happen to poor Eric when all four of the girls have shark week at the same time (because you know, that crazy syncing thing we've got going on). No man should have to go through that alone.

I think a male anti-hero would add some drama to the group. Not necessarily an asshole, but maybe a character who has the capacity to make evil decisions, or can be seduced by a villain if the right offer was made. But he has to be a good guy deep down. Think Zuko from Avatar -- a righteous heart, but prone to temptation.

I concur - a male character would be appreciated, if only to even up the ratio a bit. Particularly some kind of selfish asshole - might make for an interesting group dynamic, especially considering some of the group members' affinity for violence.

Anything that contrast the other characters is welcomed, in that case @JJ Doe.

My post was a bit rushed and poorly put together, as I am awfully busy this week. However, I will have more time next week to care for this roleplay and you guys.

The Lurker escaped after shooting Selene down and into the water, again. The post ended with the first of many 'moral dilemmas' that will pop up here and there throughout the story. Whatever is chosen will have a consequence down the road, even if it's just a tiny reference.

You're being too harsh on yourself. The post was fine; it advanced the plot and opened up the path for quite a number of difficult decisions. Poor Selene - I'd wager she's not just getting the short end of the sick anymore - she is the short end of the stick.

(I love how the latest ethical dilemma arrives in the form of a cave in, especially because Aurelia specifically mentioned she'd rather avoid a mine shaft, or anything of the sort, if at all possible.)

Crap, I totally forgot about her being afraid of the dark. And Cassie is claustrophobic. It's almost like someone planned to put them in a small, dark place... Oh @Prisk, you conniving little GM, you.

I am going to start on a post tomorrow, because today I took two tests in Farsi and they straight up broke my English. Languaging is hard.

EDIT: Totally almost forgot. I heard this song from X Ambassadors today (on a Jeep commercial, whatever) and not only is it a pretty cool song, but it reminded me of this RP. So enjoy!
