Titus MacArthur

When Titus left classes, he immediately moved to the gym. Upon walking in and seeing that the highest possible weight which he could put on the bench press bars was five-thousand pounds, he decided to leave and go find a car to bench press. Unfortunately, the cars in the parking lot by the cafeteria had all moved (maybe someone had seen him working out the night before). He took his anger out by punching a stop sign into the ground and then walked to the cafeteria to eat his second lunch (something which becomes a necessity when you're a seven-foot, nearly five-hundred-pound wall of muscle). The entrance of the cafeteria where Titus had kicked the doors down was blocked with caution tape. The doors rested against the wall on the opposite side. He ate a light lunch of a rotisserie chicken and an extra large salad ravenously. A few people watched as he tore the chicken to shreds almost animalistically. One grunt from Titus sent them away hastily. He didn't care; they were just jealous of how much muscle he had. After lunch, Titus began to walk around the school looking for something to do. He walked with a slight limp, as his right thigh still hurt like Hell. It had mostly healed up by this point, but it was still pretty painful. The left side of his torso didn't feel very good as well, due to the broken ribs still healing, and there was still a little white scar on his right shoulder. He carried a gallon-sized jug of water with him as he walked down the halls of the dorm building. Every once in a while, he would chug about a quarter of the bottle, the water running from the corners of his mouth collecting in droplets in his beard and causing it to shimmer like a spider web after a rainstorm. The dorms were fairly empty, and he hadn't talked to his roommates much, though he figured that they didn't like him much. Finally Titus approached the lounge, where he heard some familiar voices talking. He turned the corner and saw Cass, Lupe, and Diego, the people who had bailed him out the night before. The thought of thanking them crossed his mind, but then he flexed his biceps and changed his mind. He could've taken that thing and he knew it; they had just helped. He walked up to the three and crossed his arms across his chest, subconsciously showing off his shoulders and biceps. "Hey what's up guys?" he said. He put on a pastel yellow oxford and a pair of light tan khakis to show his mood and put on a pair of orange mirrored sunglasses to show off his good mood. It was so rare, after all. All day he had felt significantly more cheerful than normal. After school, Spencer went to the library, where he began to work on his homework for the night. As he looked out of the window down at the sunlight reflecting off of the lake, he decided to finish the work later. He put his books away in his messenger bag and went on a walk through the park. He walked around the lake, watching the minnows flit back and forth at the edges and the ducks sail across the surface like sailing ships. He found a smooth rock at the edge and gently tossed it across; it skipped three times and then hit a duck. He chuckled and laid down in the short grass, his arms behind his head. A frisbee whizzed overhead and a German Shepherd plodded along by, barking and following it. Spencer's phone vibrated. He had a text message; "Hey" the text read. It was from Whisper. "Oh hey what's up?" Spencer replied. "Nm. Figured I'd check in on u. How's the Academy?" "It's a pretty nice place. Warmer than you'd think for being in Alaska lol." "Lol yea. I thought ud freeze 2 death by now. Any cool metas?" "Well there's a girl who looks like a grasshopper." "lol cool! U shud get me a pic." "Maybe later. She's not around right now." "ight, cool. I gtg. Cya l8r." "Cya Whisper." He sat the phone down on his chest and laid back down.
