The swiftness with which the water disappeared was a bit surprising, and it made the silent boy wonder just how long the girl in front of him had gone without anything to drink. What exactly had she just gotten out of to be in such a condition? He wasn't sure if he should ask or not, instead just taking the glass and going to fill it with water once again.
