Ian
Ian suddenly felt inexplicably dizzy as he heard something crash onto the beach, causing him to fall to his knees as a rush of images enters his head.
Wait, why the hell am I at a beach, the last thing I remember is getting drunk of my ass in Germany, then passing out in an alley. While I expected to be in a lot of places after that, a beach wasn't one of them. And why do I have such a splitting headache? He groaned as he fell to the floor, shutting his eyes as his head began to pulse with pain before he felt a chill run through his bones, followed by an odd feeling of wetness. Opening his eyes, he found himself in some kind of tube, floating in a vat of liquid. He had a mask over his mouth that was allowing him to breathe while he was in it, and was wearing a type of weird clothes, a black and green onesie of some sort by the look of it. They weren't quite skin-tight, but they also weren't baggy either, and to be honest, Ian though it was a rather cool looking outfit.
After taking a few minutes to pull at the material and try moving around in it, he decided that it was time to stop playing around and time to get out of his admittedly comfortable test-tube, pod . . thingy. After searching around a little, he found and pulled a latch that caused the door of the pod to open, dropping him on to the floor in a small heap. Getting himself up to his feet, he did a quick, high-speed back and forth to get the gunk off of him, before looking around to see a thousand such pods all around him, as well as people waking up and getting out of them. Having nothing better to do, Ian began walking around, helping out anybody who was having trouble getting out, slapping those who were having trouble coping with the fact that they had been abducted, or just giving a fine hello to those were just going with the flow like he was. He didn't find to many of those.
As he was walking around, he saw a familiar blue angel walking out from a row of pods with a determined saunter in her gait as she walked around, obviously looking for someone. "Why hey there, Snow Angel, glad to see you weren't just a program in the matrix, that would've sucked. Hey, have you seen my cousin, Alto, the lolicon guy, or perhaps the girl who I dressed in a sticky note bikini, Sefia." Ian couldn't help but chuckle a little thinking back to that moment while he walked over to Chiller, even if it wasn't real it had been one of the funniest things he had done in a while. "Anyway, since we've obviously been abducted by something or someone with a hard-on for metas, I assume they'll both be here, somewhere."
@Mass CityDamien & Insomnium
Damien, having decided to just let Insomnium have his fun with Eli and Nathan(they were both military trained and would most likely be able to handle Insomnium unless he went Apocalypse), content to just lay down on the sand and take a nap. He heard something crash nearby, but paid it no mind, until he felt strangely dizzy, then his head started to hurt a lot. Memories flooded back into his head, causing him to open his eyes in revelation, to be shocked upon the sight he saw. As soon as he got a good look of his surroundings, he started to panic a lot. He was in some sort of tube thing, he was trapped, walls were too close, they were closing in. Closing his eyes didn't make the rising feeling of claustrophobia any better, in fact, it only made it worse. In his panicked state, he felt his powers start to go haywire, but before he could calm himself, he felt the build-up in his chest, and knew it was too late to stop what was happening.
The pod exploded in a burst of lighting as the Light, responded to his fear, tearing the offending container apart. Damien fell to the floor, tearing off the mask that was still attached to his face and taking a shuttering breath of fresh air. He continued to take a few deep breaths, calming himself down, reminding himself that where ever he was, it wash't back in that hole in Iraq. That place no longer existed, he had made sure of it when he escaped.
Looking around, he finally felt himself good enough to stand up, as he did however, he heard a familiar voice in his head cursing whoever did this.
If I ever find them, I'll rip their fucking head clean off their body and turn it into paste on the floor. I was free from you damn it, finally free, only to find it was nothing but a fucking dream."Stop your moping, Insomnium, we've got bigger issues here, like why the hell were we abducted, and by who."
I don't care either way, because I'll fucking crush whoever did this and anyone who gets in my way of doing that!"Glad to see that you're still just as crazy as before." Damien sighed, already missing whatever the hell that island had been. He had been able to forget about the his time in Iraq in there, to forget about the mentally scarring and dehumanizing event that had given birth to the madness known as Insomnium. Taking a final breath, to be sure he was calm, he got up and started to walk around, trying to see if there was anyone around that he knew.
He saw that more and more people were starting to escape their pods as well, and he knew that if something didn't happen soon, fights would start to break out as scared people with no idea what is going on started to lash out, like cornered animals, at anyone they thought could be a threat. As he walked, he saw one of the people from the beach that he could remember, the infamous Eli Craigh.
"Hey Craigh, you wouldn't happen to have any idea where the hell we- why the hell do you have a little girl with you?" Damien couldn't help but ask as he saw the small girl who was by the guy's side. He wasn't sure how okay he was with that, considering how he saw this same man make a teenage boy pull a sleigh across the beach naked while he whipped his ass with a whip of fire. It didn't really scream 'Baby-sitter of the year', did it?
